Step 1

The first step is arguably the most important. You need to come up with an idea. After you have an idea map out a business plan and decide how you are going to market your product. What will be your logo? What will be the main thing you sell? Who is your target market? All of these are questions to consider. Once you have an idea of what you want to do. Fill out this form and we will let you know in a few business days if you are accepted to sell in the market.

Acknowledgment of Supervision and Agreement to follow market rules.
*These documents must be filled out within 2 weeks after acceptance. If not, we have to terminate your approval

*These documents must be filled out within 2 weeks after acceptance. If not, we have to terminate your approval

Now we get to my favorite part which is the applicable laws and taxes. Luckily, in the state of Arizona you do not need a business license to sell anything, and you do not need to pay Arizona State taxes. Unfortunately, if you make more than $400 from your business and wish to continue to run your business, you will have to file to receive an EIN number and file the forms below.
EIN Information and IRS Form 1040
*These forms must be completed in order to participate in any future Callahan Care Markets

Finally, once you have finished all of your paperwork, we will send you the itinerary along with any additional Market rules and regulations. Mainly, the information is just going to inform you when you need to show up, the expectations we have for you as a seller, and clean up for the event. You will be asked to agree to follow these rules.
*All rules must be followed, if the rules are not followed you will not be asked to return as a seller.

Finally, once everything is agreed to and all of the previous steps are followed, we will send you a link with your Callahan Care Vendor Certificate. With this vendor certificate you will be able to claim a table at each of our Callahan Care events for a year.
*Please make sure to keep your certificate number private, if we see multiple spots claimed under your number we will change it and send you a new number. If it happens again, we will not invite you back to our events for the entirety of the year.
