Entrepreneurship Curriculum Timeline
Week 1

This video highlights Callahan Care’s Entrepreneurship business timeline so the students have a comprehensive understanding of the full project overview. This will cover when their business should be started, various checkpoints/accomplishments they should have completed along the way, and the actual preparation for their vendor stand.
Week 2

Week two describes how students will practically launch their business. Our guest speaker will explain some of the early stages and give students some brainstorming tools to stand apart from competitors early on.
Week 3

Week three focuses on implementing the brainstorming tools that were discussed in previous weeks. This short check-in allows participants to practice the skills they have been learning, and gives a general idea of where the ideal business progression is at this point. Contestants should ensure that they have a detailed rough draft of their final business plan/proposal.
Week 4

Week four covers strategies to create automations in contestants’ businesses and create more streamlined inventory/service management systems. This week is where the contestants’ business plan should be finalized, looking for potential gaps in their theoretical planning that they may have missed previously.
Week 5

Week five dives into the practical preparation that goes into physically setting up, speaking clearly and confidently with potential customers, and creating consistent branding throughout their online systems and physical store. Final wrinkles in the business plan should be ironed out at this point in time.
Week 6

At this point, the contestants’ business plan should be completely finished. The week six video will cover running the shop and cover some practical sales techniques that contestants will be able to utilize when running their physical store.
