Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as a vendor at events hosted by Callahan Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering to sell your products at our events, you (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Vendor Participation

  • All vendors must complete an application and be approved before participating in any event.

  • We reserve the right to accept or deny any application at our sole discretion.

  • Vendor space assignments will be managed by us and may not be changed without prior approval.

2. Sales and Commission Structure

  • A 15% commission will be retained by Callahan Care on all gross sales made during the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for accurately reporting all sales after the market day.

  • Commission fees will either be deducted on-site (via provided POS system or reporting) or invoiced to vendors based on reported sales, depending on the system in place.

  • Failure to accurately report sales or pay the required commission may result in suspension or removal from future events.

3. Payment and Reporting

  • Vendors must provide a valid payment method or agree to invoicing terms if applicable.

  • All payments of commission fees are due within 3-5 business days of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Vendors are encouraged to retain their own receipts and transaction records for accountability.

4. Product Requirements

  • All products must be safe, legal, and suitable for a community/family market setting.

  • Vendors must comply with any and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including permits, licenses, and food safety requirements.

  • We reserve the right to request the removal of any product deemed inappropriate or unsafe for sale.

5. Set-Up, Break-Down, and Attendance

  • Vendors are required to arrive and set up during the designated time frame.

  • Vendors must not break down their booths or leave early without prior approval.

  • You are responsible for providing your own tables, tents, signage, and equipment unless otherwise specified.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate liability insurance.

  • Callahan Care, its organizers, staff, or affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage that may occur during the event.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All vendors must treat attendees, staff, and other vendors with respect and professionalism.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by vendors must be communicated in writing at least 2 weeks before the event to be eligible for any refund or credit.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations after the deadline.

  • Events may be postponed or canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate the next steps as promptly as possible.

9. Agreement Changes

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes via email or other communication channels.

10. Acknowledgment

By participating in any Callahan Care event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
